Ejaculation problems

Ejaculation problems, such as premature ejaculation, are a common cause of sexual problems in men.

There are three main types of ejaculation problems:

Ejaculation problems
 Ejaculation problems

• Premature ejaculation
• Delayed ejaculation
• Reverse ejaculation
This is explained in more detail below.

Premature ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is the most common ejaculation problem. The male ejaculates very quickly during intercourse.
Many men are unsure about how long the "normal" sex should last before ejaculation.A study of 500 pairs from five different countries found that the average time between placing a man on his penis in his partner's vagina and ejaculating was about five and a half minutes.
But it is up to the individual and his partner to decide whether or not they are satisfied with the time it takes to shoot.
Ejaculation regularly before or within a minute of entering your partner's vagina is usually a medical problem that requires treatment.

Delayed ejaculation

Delayed ejaculation is the delay in achieving ejaculation or the inability to achieve ejaculation during sexual activity, although the male wants it and his erection is normal.
Delayed ejaculation is sometimes known as delayed ejaculation or an orgasmic disorder in males.

Reverse ejaculation

Reverse ejaculation is the rarest type of ejaculation problem. It occurs when sperm move inversely and enter the bladder rather than exit the end of the urethra (the tube that passes through the bladder through the penis and through which urine passes).
Reverse ejaculation patients experience orgasm, but do not produce or produce very little semen. The condition does not pose a health risk, but can affect the ability to have a child (infertility) .

Treatment of ejaculation problems

Premature ejaculation can be treated with medications, such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors ( SSRIs ), a type of antidepressant that can also help delay ejaculation.
Couples therapy can be helpful in coming up with techniques for partners to help delay ejaculation.
Recommended treatments for delayed ejaculation depend on the underlying cause. If it is thought to be a side effect of the drug, changing to an alternative medicine will help. But if he thinks the cause could be psychological, he may recommend a psychological counseling.
Most men do not need reverse ejaculation treatment because they are still able to enjoy a healthy sex life and the condition does not affect their health.Although there is a drug that helps restore normal ejaculation in some cases.
But if you want to have children, you may need fertility treatment to extract a sample of sperm.

What causes ejaculation problems?

Ejaculation problems are complex and can be caused by a number of things, such as:
• Tension
• Relationship problems
• Anxiety. For example, a man worries that he will lose an erection ( erectile dysfunction ), causing him to "peak" sexual intercourse
• Previous painful sexual experiences
• Depression
• Some medical conditions or medications - such as diabetes that can cause delayed ejaculation
Some researchers believe that some men are more prone to premature ejaculation because of their biological composition, such as having an unusually sensitive penis.
Reverse ejaculation is caused by damage to the nerves or muscles that surround the neck of the bladder (the point connecting the urethra to the bladder). This damage is often caused by complications of prostate or bladder surgery.

Who are affected

Premature ejaculation is the most common type of ejaculation problem.
A number of surveys found that about 1 in 3 men reported being affected by premature ejaculation. The real figure may be much higher and many men are reluctant to admit they have this problem.
Late ejaculation may be a problem more than most people realize and is less common. The study found that about 1 in 20 people had orgasm problems over the course of a month over the past year.
Although reverse ejaculation is rare, it can be a common complication of some types of surgery such as prostate surgery or in men with certain health conditions that can harm nerves, such as diabetes or multiple sclerosis .
