Article 6 The prison director, his supervisor or the employee appointed for this purpose before any person in the prison shall receive a copy of the deposit order after signing the original receipt and the original shall be returned to the person who brought the prisoner and retains the signed copy of the prison order.
Article 7 Upon transferring the prisoner from one prison to another, he shall send with him to the transferred prison a copy of the deposit order in the previous article and all his papers, including social and health research on his condition.
Article 8 Upon entering the prison, the summary of the order of imprisonment must be recorded in the public prison for the prisoners.
Article 9 Every prisoner must be searched upon entering the prison and taken with him any prohibitions, money or things of value. If the prisoner has financial obligations to the government in abhorrence of the sentence passed, these obligations are met from the money with him, if it is not enough to fulfill and the prisoner does not stand by these obligations yet.
