Why don't we produce ?!

Why don't we produce ?!

We all have 24 hours a day, so why do we see the productivity of each other is higher than others, and by a large margin sometimes .. Why not produce ?!

Productivity is an equation in which a set of elements, and the weakness of any of them, will weaken all productivity, and the elements are:
Why don't we produce ?!
Why don't we produce ?!

First: ability

If you do not have the ability to do something, of course you will not be able to accomplish it.

Let us emphasize the following rule:

If there is, for example, a great scientist but he does not have the skills of mass influence:

“Productivity is more about skills than information”

The art of diction and training

And the arts of television, radio and newspaper interviews

And the art of authorship

And the arts of journalistic and creative writing

Its impact will certainly be very limited

Compare this big world to the last average science but it has these skills.

So productivity is more about skills than information, so be sure to acquire those skills.

There are other skills that each person needs to increase their productivity. Here are some suggestions:

English: where today is the language of science, life and tourism, as it was Arabic in the past and will return in the future, God willing.

As well as skills: planning, decision-making, question art, listening art, team management, delegation, and special skills according to each area of course.

Second: Focus

When a person is mentally distracted, he cannot be productive. Productivity needs a clear mental focus that makes thinking clear, sound expression and decision right.

It is therefore evident today that most of the rich have a higher chance of productivity than most of the poor, because the poor are mentally and physically preoccupied with livelihoods.

It has also been proven that focusing on accomplishing work before moving on to another work, namely: working in succession, is more effective than working in parallel Multitasking, ie: doing several things at the same time by moving between them!

Third: Time

It is self-evident that productivity takes time, and large productivity requires a lot of time, and therefore busy with many social obligations less productive than others, and this phenomenon is evident in women in general, and men in some countries as well.

“High productivity requires that you reduce your social concerns as much as you can. Certainly, marginal preoccupations such as excessive follow-up to sports and serials, and long spending on social media and other unnecessary things must be eliminated.”

Fourth: the goal

A young man who spends a long time in an electronic game with a high mental and physical concentration, and with a high skill and ability in which the above three things are available, however, he has no productivity;

Many people have great activities and many preoccupations, yet they feel something missing in their lives.

What is missing for them and for many people is not the goals of business and projects, but they lack a plan for their lives where the goals of their existence, "every facilitator of what was created for them," and they do not know they may be pleased with anything!

A person will not be happy, and will not taste the taste of true productivity only when he sees his work and daily activities moving towards the long-term goals of his life.

Then he will learn to say "no" to some of those around him because "yes" is bigger, he says.

So the fact of productivity is an equation that includes ability, concentration and time provided the trend towards a goal has value.

This was a very, very small introduction to a very, very important topic. I hope that every human being and every organization will be trained to bring our nation into the global competitive race effectively and productively.
