3 - very weak infrastructure: So far, the infrastructure in the Arab world has not been completed adequately and adequately and sophisticated, and services still need effort and work, and there are still our people who do not have a landline !! How can they use the Internet?
Advanced services also come too late due to poor communication networks and lack of readiness to provide such services.
Add to that the other media and other machines and technologies that we hear and do not see.
4 - administrative corruption: Everyone knows the spread of corruption in all Arab countries and this corruption, whether administrative or financial, it results in the non-exploitation of wealth in their natural and real places, including these places of technology and technology.
5.Political regimes, many of which are dictatorship or semi-dictatorship, want to control everything even on the ways of communication and research methods and access to information and want to see everything and do not allow technology to make people behave and work away from her eyes and police mentality.

7. Failure to adequately support studies and patents and not to support talented, creative and intelligent people.
Suffice it to know that the Arab countries combined do not spend 10% of what Israel spends in scientific research.
8- The migration of Islamic and Arab funds, where the Arab funds abroad are estimated at 800 billion dollars, which will benefit the West in developing themselves, their world, their countries and our competition with our money, while 90 of them deprive our Arab and Islamic nation.
9 - psychological factor: where we are disappointed and an internal defeat of what we see a huge difference between us and the West, and a few thinkers, reformers and preachers sends in people pride and hope and most of them unfortunately devotes defeatism and loss of hope.
10 - high cost of using advanced technology as it is in the Arab world sold to the elite only and where it is to the elite must be high costs !!
Serious attempts:
It remains to point out that there are honest Arab attempts to get out of the list of successors and catch up from other nations, but they remain insufficient and if they are good, we need more and at a fast pace, when we move one or two steps, the West has made twenty steps and expand space and difficult to catch up.
