Economic backwardness

Economic backwardness

an introduction
I welcome you and our analysis of the reality of the nation today before starting to put forward my ideas to correct the situation of the nation and the renaissance of it, and my talk to you today is about economic underdevelopment.
Economic backwardness
Economic backwardness

Ibn Khaldun mentions in his introduction that the basis of the king is built on two things: soldiers and money, money is said to be the backbone of life, power has become the authority of money in this era until the famous saying (who owns who rules) and the conflict today is a struggle of wealth rather than conflict Principles and Doctrines Unfortunately, perhaps the so-called American-led oil wars are the biggest proof of what we say.

Our economic crisis:

A follow-up to our talk about the crises of the nation and the manifestations of underdevelopment, which are mostly linked to each other came to talk about our economic backwardness, which is a major obstacle and an important challenge to our renaissance as a nation seeking prosperity, leadership and progress

Meaning of economic backwardness:

When we launch economic underdevelopment, we mean not only poverty, although poverty and low standard of living are meant by our words, but we do not only want this, but economic underdevelopment more generally, it includes not to take advantage of the available resources and not to exploit existing production as best and as much effort as possible. National production from the production of developed and major countries and the spread of the consumption economy instead of production, and the spread of bribery and financial corruption, and also includes the misuse of funds available investment successful and real and productive.

Missing power !!!

The Islamic and Arab world is a real and powerful force from many quarters. The Islamic countries represent 57 countries, all of which are members of the Organization of the Islamic Conference. Its total area is about 3307 million km2, which is about 25% of the whole world !! Its population is more than 22% of the world population.

It possesses natural resources (mineral oil), agricultural and human resources to lead the world economically, but unfortunately, the separation of reunion and the divergence of hearts and interests is too strong in this force and makes it nothing in the balance of global economic and political forces.

The manifestations of economic underdevelopment:

When you compare any Arab country, even rich and oil-producing countries, to those in developed or industrialized countries, it is hard to see the vast difference between the narrow view of money and how it is used.

We will mention here the most important aspects of economic underdevelopment that pervades our nation:

1- The prevalence of the culture of consumption instead of the culture of production: We are a consuming people excellently and master the ways of import and the huge amount of goods, this product American or European or Japanese of the first elites to pay, and this is a good Chinese product for those looking for cheap, and this product Korean or Indian is really between this and that for those looking for price and quality.

But where is the Arab product?

And where are our goods that we need every day and in increasing quantities?

Do we plan to make it with our own hands?

Did we ever think what if the West stopped providing us with its goods and industries?

Even at the level of food and dress we do not produce everything we eat and not even most of it !!

Yes, we are beginning to see some good industries, but why do most of our industries remain specialized in food, cleaning materials, engine oils and some clothing, and even those we owe agencies, most of which devolve to international brands absorb us livelihoods ?!

2 - The absence of a successful and productive investment culture: Many Arab countries, especially the oil countries, including a surplus of funds estimated at billions, especially after the huge rise in oil prices, but has become a burden on his people rather than a factor of the Renaissance, these funds are not invested in a strong and effective in the development of the wheel The economy, but rather accumulate or distribute grants and open new doors of credit and exchange and high oil prices have not benefited mostly people, but increased the price of goods without adequate increase in salaries and no clear policy in the distribution of wealth.

3 - Dependence on governments in everything: the Arab citizen is the son of the government thus brought up and thus thinks he is waiting for the government to employ him and open the way for him and then marry and bless him and then to build a house and take care of his affairs and the affairs of his household.

This is in the rich Arab countries, but in poor countries, the situation is completely different, they do not take care of anything, but impose high taxes and shackled by restrictions and red tape, which ensures that he does not think of the renaissance or progress, let him hand over his living!

We are either excessive or inattentive. This does not build a productive individual who feels responsible, nor does pressure and abandonment of peoples help in qualifying people to be a tool of renaissance, building and progress.

4 - bureaucracy and red tape in the procedures and commercial laws, which is a real hindrance for manufacturers, traders and experienced and money to contribute to drive the economy.

5 - the absence of the role of the private sector in the real contribution: Although we can not deny that some traders, companies and NGOs contribute to the social and humanitarian field, but what we ask for is greater, the private sector must participate in the development process and assume its responsibilities in all areas, it is not It is reasonable to record double profits while turning a blind eye to the needs of society, which earns a lot of it !! This is known today as "social responsibility" of private institutions.

6 - The phenomenon of extravagance and extravagance in various areas, which shows the lack of the importance of money and ways to use it optimally, and strange that there is a life of extravagance by religion, it takes the loan after the loan to spend what he borrowed in luxuries and trivia International brands, even if they do not differentiate anything from others, they buy it at fictional prices that can be lived by hundreds of families and for a whole year in Asia or Europe, where is the thanks?

stock market:
Although the stock market is the beating heart of the state economy and an indication of its financial capacity and a guide to its big and active companies, it has become a shelter for dreamers of quick and easy profit and has become a corner for the dependents who do not want to do any work and want to profit and flow to them.

The Gulf and Arab stock exchanges have recovered in earlier times, most recently in 2003, prompting many people to throw their doors on the doorstep. Some even sold their homes and left their families homeless. Some left their jobs and sat watching their stocks until the disaster struck. Most markets in the region collapsed with the beginning of 2006. The stock market is not a problem or a mistake in itself, but it has become a shelter for the dependents and the unemployed and many have established a culture of non-production.

Oil wealth:

Arab and Gulf countries, especially the largest oil-producing countries, are real wealth, if exploited well, they guarantee long-term fixed resources, which helps to build a real renaissance, but the result is that the oil countries rely on oil in their expenses does not make them exploit this wealth significantly.

This is a quick pause from which we wanted to highlight our reality with his pains, mistakes and negatives to know the mistake and look for a solution not to discourage and kill the will. These models of underdevelopment talk about dreams and hopes is coming Vsabroa and follow me and you love and appreciation and prayer.
