Things you do have no use at all

Things you do have no use at all

If you have already washed a wound with salty water instead of tap water, or asked for an X-ray for pain in your lower back, both are useless, according to a list drawn up by the Royal College of Fellowship of Medicine.
Doctors only resort to them lest they revolt if they don't. The list goes on to include 40 actions, covering everything from wrist fracture to chemotherapy. They have been published in the hope that doctors will reconsider their treatment.

Things you do have no use at all
But medicine is not the only area where we do unnecessary practices. This is a list of the 40 that should really be stopped, according to a report in The Guardian.
1 - Eat 5 meals of vegetables and fruits every day
The British government recommends eating five servings of vegetables and fruits a day. In Denmark, six are recommended. In Australia, they are seven.
In 2014, some campaigns tried to raise the number to 10. Just eat some vegetables and fruits every day, that is all.
2 - taking vitamin C
If you feel cold, there is no point in taking vitamin C tablets. Studies have concluded that vitamin C will do nothing for you, unless you live in freezing wilderness areas, smoke a large number of cigarettes, or expose yourself to regular physical exertion.
3- Use floss to clean your teeth
The British Dental Association announced in August that it was absolutely useless to use floss to brush teeth, adding that all studies over the past 25 years were weak. If you don't do it all your life, you're right. Now you can tell everyone.
Wash your jeans
What you always do in front of your dirty clothes is to wash them. But Levy's president advises to stop this, because it will lead to bad appearance. Instead, try rubbing them with a toothbrush, or leaving them outdoors.
5. Acquisition of a landline
No one will call you on the landline. You will never call anyone on the landline. No one will have a landline within 10 years at most. Landlines still exist only to complicate your Internet service.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
You never need to drink 8 glasses of water a day. It first appeared in a diet guide in the United States 70 years ago and did not take into account your age, height, weight or daily activity. Instead, drink water daily until your urine turns dark to light. This means you got enough water.
7.14 Use the fridge too much
Do not put tomatoes in the fridge, this will spoil the taste. Don't put the potatoes in the fridge. Do not put bread in the fridge, it will rot faster. Do not put onions in the fridge, it needs good ventilation.
Do not put bananas in the fridge, they are tropical fruit and do not need it. Do not put avocado in the fridge, as this will never mature. Don't put ketchup in the fridge, you don't need it. Do not put eggs in the fridge.
15 - wash your hair every day
No one in history has washed his hair as much as we do today. Daily hair wash is useless. Every two days is a good rate, or less if your hair is curly. Or don't do it at all if you want others to avoid you.
Take a ballot with you to vote
It is known that elections are rigged, one vote will not change anything. However, if you go to vote, leave your ballot at home.
17 - peeling vegetables
Most insoluble vegetable fibers are present in their skin. Stop throwing useful fibers please.
18 - Acquisition of more than 10 pieces of clothing
Canadian pilot Matt Sofini spent a whole year with one pants, one corduroy, one shirt, two T-shirts, one heavy shirt, one workout uniform, high boots and a belt. This proves that people have more clothes than they need.
19. Communicate words online
Still using words while using the Internet? Emoji is the fastest-growing language in history, breaking barriers between different cultures. Whichever way you look at them, these symbols are really cool.
20 - push the button to close the door elevator
If your sworn enemy approaches you with a lift, there is no point in pressing the door closing button. It is an imaginary button, designed to inspire you to control things and distract you from the fact that you are inside a metal box attached to a rope in the air at a height of 45 meters.
21 - Order anything in the top right of the menu
The menu design is strongly related to the client's psyche. Based on the fact that your eye will automatically go to this corner, restaurant owners put their most lucrative items there. Next time, order your items from the bottom of the list.
22. Get rid of your expired food
When your food reaches the expiry date written on the package, it does not mean that it is no longer fit to eat. But it means that the store must be replaced. If it doesn't show an unpleasant odor, or if it's not stored in a mold, you're safe.
23. Playing the lottery
It may happen that lightning strikes you twice more than you win a lottery. Please, quit.
24. Take toothpaste on trips
Stop filling your bag with toothpaste (see 30-34), and buy it from the store wherever you are.
25 - Snooze
Last month, a doctor at the University of Tokyo said taking a nap for an hour a day could increase the risk of diabetes by 42%. Therefore, immediately break your relationship with anyone who believes in the benefits of a daily nap.
Press the C button on the calculator twice
It's called the cleaning button, not the numerical cleaning button. You have to stop clicking after each calculation.
27 - buy anti-virus programs
Earlier this year, the US National Security Computer Emergency Team warned of a well-known brand after making sure it had "weaknesses." Most browsing systems now have more effective security systems.
28- Warm up stretching before doing exercises
It does not improve your performance or prevent injuries. But it just makes you more flexible.
29- Stand in line at the airport departure gate
You have a ticket with a chair number. Don't worry, the plane won't take off without you.
30-34 buy expensive products
Why buy a mouth freshener while you can mix orange peel with salt? Why use dishwashing additives when you can use vinegar? Why buy laundry detergent while you can use some soap and put them together in Petersburg with some washing powder? Why buy deodorant while you can put a mixture of coconut oil and baking powder? Why buy toothpaste while you can use the previous mix to brush your teeth?
35. Submit the tax return
If you owe less than £ 3,000 in taxes, you don't have to fill out a tax statement. Just call the Revenue and Customs Department by phone, and they will sort it out.
36. Visit your travel agent
Please, it's time to use the Internet.
Learn to drive
The car revolution without a leader is coming soon. You can take the bus to then.
38 - learn to tell the time using scorpions
You can ask your mobile app, which will tell you the time.
39. Collect your collection of CDs
CDs are expensive and take up a lot of space. You don't need to buy it now.
40 - reading newspapers
According to Professor Graham Devi, consuming time reading bad news will greatly contribute to the deterioration of your mood and the development of your sense of frustration, anxiety, stress, and disorder. This article is not considered bad news, therefore, it may save your life.
